Smart Cocoa Mint Fudge

A functional addition to a morning breakfast or snack!


  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  • 4 tablespoons nut butter

  • 30 - 35 grams vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons Smart Cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened, shredded coconut

  • 1 - 2 drops of peppermint oil

  • Crushed peppermint candy (optional)


Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix well.

Place mixture evenly in a small, rectangular pyrex dish, add crushed peppermint candy on top (optional) and cover. Chill in refrigerator and enjoy!
